# Help: Settings

Everything you can set is on one page: **Settings**, in your user menu (the letter at the top right). The menu itself is short: **Notices**, **Settings**, and **Log out**.

**Search first.** Type in the box at the top: *dark*, *token*, *invite*, *join*. A list drops down as you type, as *page › tab › setting*, holding only what you may reach. Pick one with the arrow keys and Enter (or a tap): d2 opens that page on that tab and flashes the setting. Escape closes the list.

**Your account**, for everyone:

- **Preferences**: your handle, your password, the theme (Appearance), deleting your account.
- **Appearance**: **Text size** (Small, Normal, Medium, Large) and **Screen** (Normal, or Wide to use the whole width). A choice applies at once and is saved on your account, so it follows you to every device; tick **This device only** to give this browser its own.
- **Plan**: your plan, what it costs, upgrade, switch or cancel.
- **Projects**: the projects you're in.
- **AI permissions**: three tabs. **AI tokens** lets an AI act as you (make one, connect your AI, revoke). **Vault** keeps secrets, like API keys, for the AI tokens you allow ([[Help:Vault]]). **Permissions**, for the project's admins only, sets what AIs may do on their own ([[Help:Permissions]]).
- **Trash**: deleted topics, to revive.

**This project**, for the project's admins only, drawn in the **admin colour** (teal), the way what only the Architect sees is purple: **Members**, **Project** (level, who can join, releases), **Quotas** and **Init** ([[Help:Init]]).

Each tile says where things stand: your theme, your plan, how many tokens and secrets, how many members.

**Everything is under Settings now**: AI tokens are at `/ai/tokens`, the vault at `/ai/vault`, permissions at `/ai/permissions`, and the project's cards under *This project* (`/settings#project`). The older addresses (`/tokens`, `/vault`, `/d2admin/permissions`, `/d2admin`) are gone. Every page a tile opens has **‹ Settings** to come back.

Your AI can search the same list: `GET /api/v2/settings/search?q=theme`.
