Help: Work¶✎ edit
Pro and master projects. Creator projects keep what there is to do in the pipeline alone.
What you're looking at. Everything that needs doing on your project, in one place: your to-dos (the - [ ] lines in your topics) on one side and the pipeline (work for people and AI agents) on the other, grouped by feature so you see a feature's loose ends and its work together.
To-dos or the pipeline? A to-do is a note to yourself: quick, in the topic it belongs to, no one else acts on it. A pipeline item is work someone (you or an agent) will take, with a status, an owner and a history.
Moving between them.
- Promote a to-do to make it a pipeline item: the to-do is ticked and links to its item.
- Move to to-do sends an item back to a topic you pick (into From the pipeline), when it's a note for later rather than work.
- Only you decide these; your AI can do them when you ask it to, and the history says so. On its own, an agent can only suggest them.
Finding things. Filter by topic or section on the to-do side, and by status, role, person or kind on the pipeline side; the filters stay in the address, so you can share a view. On a phone the two sides are two tabs.
